A range of alerts designed to notify you via pop-up, email or SMS for various exceptional or emergency situations.

The different kinds for Alerts provided on Tata FleetMan are as follows:

1. Stoppage Alert
   This alert is generated when the vehicle stops/ stays at any location beyond the 'Stoppage' Limit assigned by you.
2. Over speed Alert
   This alert is generated when the vehicle speed exceeds beyond the 'Overspeed' Limit assigned by you.
3. Ignition On/Off Alert
   This alert is generated whenever vehicle Ignition is made ON or OFF
4. Secondary Battery Source Alert
   This alert is generated when the power supply coming to Telematics Unit from main battery of vehicle is disconnected.
5. Continuous Driving Alert (Beyond defined limit time)
   This alert is generated when the vehicle is running beyond defined time limit.
6. Night Driving Alert
   This alert is generated if the vehicle moves in between the certain night period defined by you when your vehicle should not be moving.
7. Idling Alert
   This alert is generated if ignition key remains in power ON position when vehicle is stationary beyond provided limit.
8. Geo-Fence Entry/ Exit Alert
   This alert is generated when your vehicle enters or exits through the geo-fence assigned to it.
9. Delivery Compliance Report
   This alert is generated for the exceptions occurred while your vehicle running on certain assigned trip. The exceptions might be delay at intermediate point, trip start, trip end etc.
10. Harsh Braking Alert
    This alert is generated when the vehicle is decelerated at a dangerous rate. The thresholds have been defined in the system
11. Harsh Acceleration Alert
    This alert is generated when the vehicle is accelerated at a dangerous rate. The thresholds have been defined in the system

This can be accessed through the Menu bar, below 'Alerts Settings' you can find following options:

1. Select / Edit Alerts
2. De-activate Alert
3. View Alert Settings
