Fleet Reports will help you to generate many reports related to your complete fleet.

Please refer the screen shot given below:

1. To generate report please Provide the duration for which you need report by entering date & time in 'From Date' and 'To Date' calendar with time. Default time for 'From Date' is 00:00 & for 'To Date' is 00:00.
2. Select the report from the 'Report Type' dropdown list. (By default selection will be 'Fleet Travel Summary Report')
3. Provide the report specific parameters if asked in the box on the right side.
4. Click on 'Fleet Report' button to generate selected report.
5. You can export the generated report either in Excel format or in PDF format by clicking on respective options.

Different types of Fleet reports available are as follows:

1. Fleet Travel Summary
   You can compare performance of all vehicles in your fleet for selected period which provides daily start & end locations with time stamping, daily distance travelled, Running Time, Idle Time & Stoppage Time.
2. Geo-fence Entry/ Exit
   You can get Geo-fence Entry/ Exit instances for all vehicles in given duration for all geo-fences assigned to the respective vehicles in fleet.
3. Stoppage Summary
   You can get summary of number of stoppage made by all the vehicles in the fleet in given duration for the selected 'Stoppage Limit'
4. Over-speed Summary
   You can get the detailed report of Over-speed instances with time and location details by selecting the set speed limit from the drop down provided.
5. Alerts Report
   You can get the details of all types of alerts generated for vehicles in your fleet in given duration.

Note: User would not be able to view any past data/report of period beyond last 3 months or 90 days from current date.
