Trip Management makes creating and monitoring your routes easier.

With Trip Management, you can map routes, assign trips to particular vehicles with starting and ending points, specifying the intermediate points along with the estimated time of arrival at the destination. The system then tracks the vehicle on given parameters and provides alerts in case of trip completion, delay, current status etc.

This facility helps you in comparing performances of different vehicles and drivers on the same route. With such valuable inputs, you can utilize your fleet better and increase your cost efficiency.

Functions this helps you perform:

• Creating/Editing trips
• Assigning created trips to the vehicles
• Viewing current trip status
• Generating reports
• Viewing replay of the completed trip on map.

You will also get different types of alerts while your vehicle plying particular trip which are as follows:

Location alerts:

These alerts are generated when a vehicle leaves starting location and then every time it reaches an assigned intermediate location and till it reaches its destination.

This alert includes three aspects:

• Intermediate point
• Destination reached
• Cumulative delay: It is cumulative delay OR on time OR cumulative before time that has taken place after commencing journey from starting point.

Timeline alerts:

Every time when vehicle crosses timelines that are put by you on trip, an alert is generated stating following two parameters:

• Timeline crossed
• Current location: It is the location at which vehicle is currently at.

These timelines are considered only after the vehicle has actually commenced the trip.

Stoppage alerts:

This alert is generated if vehicle stops at intermediate point more than planned duration if defined.
